Every decision we make has YOU in mind. This is a race designed for everyone from first-timers to seasoned racers. It is a picturesque course with some rolling hills, NINE water stations and six bathroom stops. Tons of volunteers and fans cheering you on along the course. And the ONLY race with a NO-Judgement-Tap-Out Van! The best half marathon and 10k this side of the Mississippi.
2024 race day
raising money for Yakima YWCA
We are so excited to raise money for Yakima YWCA in 2025. YWCA Yakima is dedicated to eradicating domestic violence and assisting all survivors of intimate partner violence. No one deserves to be abused. All of their domestic violence services are available to men, women, and children regardless of sexual orientation and services are conducted in a safe and confidential environment. YWCA Yakima is the largest provider of domestic violence services in Yakima County, and provides the only shelter in the city of Yakima. In addition, YWCA Yakima offers the first affordable housing specific to families who are homeless as the result of domestic violence.
KIDS 1/2 Marathon
Kids Half Marathon starts at 12:30 PM.
Kids work for two months to complete 12.6 miles. Race Day they will complete the final half mile and cross the official Never Say Never Finish Line and receive their medal. Be there to cheer them on!
Finish Line Celebration
We are excited to be putting on another fabulous finish line celebration for 2025! Our highlight of putting on this race is being able to high five you as you cross the finish line and then get to celebrate your accomplishment during the Finish Line Celebration!
Bring your family and friends and enjoy a great food from Tacos Don Chayo and Big Dog Smoke. Shave ice from O’Hana’s Shaved Ice. You can also enjoy a tasty beverage from one of our sponsors, French Canyon Cellars , Tieton Cider Works, Shorthead Brewery and Bron Yr Aur Brewery! In addition to some excellent raffle items, we will have games-soccer, corn hole, a scavenger hunt, pig hunt, face painting and of course CHEERING!! It is a family fun, all-welcome community event! Once you cross the Start Line you have earned your medal! You made this decision to register for the race and we know you put in the hours training so even if you have to use the No-Judgement-Tap-Out Van we still believe you earned yourself a Never Say Never medal!
